The staff were kind and made the check-in process quick, easing any stress I had after a long drive. On the downside, the hotel’s location was a bit noisy at times, disrupting my sleep with traffic sounds. I also had issues with the Wi-Fi—it was spotty at best, making it difficult to get work done during my stay. Additionally, while the breakfast selection seemed decent, the quality wasn’t as good as I expected, lacking freshness in some items.

The elevator showed signs of neglect with a damaged panel, and our first room revealed an empty water bottle on the bed, along with a filthy comforter. Even after switching rooms, both had dust and film covering surfaces. The shower in the second room didn't work at all, and the coffee dispenser was out of order, leaving us without our morning caffeine fix. Overall, cleanliness was a serious concern, affecting my comfort throughout the stay.

walking into this hotel, the first thing that hit me was the delightful aroma of old cigarettes. the elevator looked like it had been through a fight, and don’t even get me started on how dirty our room was. i was practically begging for a room upgrade to make up for these blunders but got nothing. just pathetic.

Our stay with three kids was a bit of a mixed bag. We appreciated the quick access to nearby parks, which provided a decent spot for the kids to burn off some energy after a long car ride. The outdoor pool was a nice touch, too.

during my one-night stay, I found the hotel staff friendly and welcoming, and I especially loved that everything from parks to downtown Dilley was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the area on foot.
